Event type: Conference
Date: 2 September 2010 - 4 September 2010
The fifteenth century conference is an annual event and is to be held this year at the University of Southampton. The provisional programme comprises 36 papers (in parallel sessions) plus plenary lectures by John Hatcher, Philippa Maddern, Sarah Rees Jones, and Bertrand Schnerb. As is traditional, this year’s meeting will feature papers on an unrestricted range of topics, but with a shared chronological focus. However, particularly strong themes at the Southampton conference include England’s wars 1399-1500, and social and economic history (broadly conceived). Online booking is now available via the conference website, closing date 1 August 2010.
